The day I first saw you I felt something in my heart,
From everyone you were different and apart…
The love between us became stronger and stronger,
The times made us in our hearts we grow fonder…
After a long walk through the cruelty of times,
I came to you crossing all the lines…
The moments were faded in the sunset,
When your image again faded after we met…
Now holding the purest gift in my soul,
I see you are blessed with a heart of gold…
This present of yours no one can take away,
It will be just pure feelings within to stay…
Feelings that have no wings to fly like a dove,
It is just the most precious gift of all from above…
Now I live day by day just with one hope,
Closer to the end of my life sliding down this slope…
Searching for my answers looking at the stars above,
Will I be ever blessed again with this everlasting love…
